This is an excellent hotel and a great place to stay. My only issue was the location, but this was only because I needed to be at the airport early and had trouble getting into the city centre through the traffic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Belfast. I also feel the £5 fee for room service a bit much, I offered to carry the tray up to my room myself, but they wouldn't allow it! Staff were very helpful and very chatty, nice.
