Staff efficient and courteous... served with efficient courtesy... the lady on reception was not very friendly ... Staff, rooms, and location are great!!! ... riendliness of the staff... Expected better service... Some staff were very friendly but no one went out of their way to help... house keeping service and room service where poor for a 4 star hotel. ... staff in the lobby and restaurant where very good and provided an excellent service... All staff were very helpful... I had to return to reception with all my bags 3 times because the key would not work.... friendly and very helpful staff... much better quality and service than the nearby Hilton ... Very friendly staff ... Staff not as friendly as one would imagine they could be... they were polite...
